CONSTANT CLOSINGS

Optimum Marketing approached me with the task of creating their new identity under their rebranded name, Constant Closings.

Constant Closings is a lead generation marketing agency working with real estate professionals across the U.S to create more appointments and closings for their clients. With the recent decision to focus exclusively in the real estate sector, the company needed an updated logo that distinguished their presence visually amongst potential clients and competitors alike.

CHALLENGES

With most real estate affiliated branding appearing both traditional and generic, Constant Closings wanted to create a mark that was appropriate for their business but not the typical example of simply the name of the business founder or something gimmicky.

MY ROLE

The goal was to create in identity that represented the white-glove all inclusive service that Constant Closings offers to their clients. Growth, scaling, efficiency, and confidence were all brand attributes to keep in mind during the exploration and refinement of the logo.

Finding a balance of recognition, professionalism, and flexibility.

SOLUTION

The final logo mark helps incorporate the new business’ double C acronym while tying itself to the housing market with the appearance of a property. Pairing the brand mark with a clean, modern Avenir type allows for versatility, as either can stand alone or be paired together.
